As part of our business strategy to increase home ownership among low to mid income individuals; TRISTA Investments offers a “Pick and We Buy” program. The program is designed to lend a hand to individuals faced with imperfect credit or limited financial resources for a down payment and or closing cost. The program is limited to five qualifying candidates per year. Individuals seeking home ownership through the program must complete a full financial assessment to determine mortgage pay-back ability.
