TRISTA LLC, also operating as TRISTA Consulting and Investments was established in 1997 in greater Northern Virginia. With slow steady growth, its central part of operations relocated in 2002 to Fredericksburg, Virginia - one of the fast growing cities outside of the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. The company currently provides a multiplicity of direct and indirect/support real-estate services from the state of Maryland down to Miami Florida. By the year 2008 TRISTA LLC, growth projection is to extend its secondary consulting service to various cities on the West Cost through its affiliates.
